Receptionists ( Our First Impression )

Career Center Inc. is a staffing service, we pride ourselves on our customer service ability, and the way we speak to our clients.Why is it decision makers hire new employees with poor verbal skills, poor attitudes and who obviously do not love their work? Do they not realize their receptionists are the "First Impression" of the company they work for?
Perhaps employers should call into the office and listen to how their firm is represented. Career Center Inc. would welcome the opportunity to fill the " Front Desk " position with a well spoken, well groomed, intelligent, and happy person.
